Job Requirements:
- Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
- Completed COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to receive vaccination
- High school diploma or equivalent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another to support overall well-being
- Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment where residents can thrive
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs
- Pass out meal trays and document food and fluid intake
- Make beds and maintain a clean and organized resident space
- Perform additional tasks as needed in the daily care of residents
