Job OverviewWe are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Kansas City, MO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity. Shifts are PRN Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with flexibility to work weekends. Care is provided at the patient’s residence.
Background check required.
- Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care and complete compliant documentation in the system of record.
- Administer prescribed treatments and therapies.
- Perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
- Assist with various activities associated with daily living, communication, and monitoring of vitals while at the patient’s home.
- Provide one‑on‑one services in a comfortable environment.
- Communicate with family members, doctors, and other designated individuals regarding the patient’s health.
- Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs.
- Current CPR, First Aid, and 2‑Step TB test.
- Prefer experience in a clinical care setting, home health preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to sustain prolonged standing and walking, lift up to 50 lbs., and move patients.
- Requires hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
