• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive

• Deliver skilled nursing care as assigned
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Assist physicians with diagnostics and procedures
• Educate residents and families on healthcare needs
• Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor, record, and report residents’ conditions and vitals
• Chart observations and patient responses accurately
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
