Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Float

Saint Luke's is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care Float Pool! FT Night; 7p-7a Prior ICU experience strongly preferred Will float between our metro entities. RN required BLS required ACLS required

The Critical Care Float Pool is looking for an RN who wants to gain experience in various units while working at three to four facilities across the metro. The Tier 2 float pool nurse will care for a variety of patient populations and float to the following units:
Medical ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU. Opportunity to work with collaborative multi-disciplinary teams and a supportive leadership team. Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

2 years Advanced Cardiac Life Support RQI
- Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Basic Life Support RQI
- Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State
- National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS) Associate Degree
