Registered Nurse; RN; Progressive Care Unit

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards.

• Responsibilities:
  Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care, assess physical and psychosocial needs, develop and modify individualized care plans, and participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities.
• Qualifications:
  
  Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. No prior experience necessary. Must obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation.
