Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with department standards and practice regulations. Your responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatments, and advocate for their well-being.
Qualifications & Skills- Registered Nurse (RN) license and diploma
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
- Assess and monitor patients during admission and shifts, reporting changes
- Perform medical procedures and administer prescribed medications
- Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and medications
