Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric Adult provides high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care, collaborating with healthcare teams to assess, monitor, and document patient conditions. They perform procedures, respond promptly to patient needs, and coordinate holistic treatment plans to promote recovery and ongoing care.
Responsibilities include:Assessing patient status during admission and shifts, executing ordered procedures, documenting care thoroughly, anticipating and resolving patient requests, and acting as a liaison between providers and community support systems.
Qualifications:Current RN license, RN diploma, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment. The role requires delivering compassionate care aligned with standards and advocating for patients' well‑being.
