Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) Ortho Neuro Trauma provides high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, performing procedures, administering medications, and educating patients and families. They collaborate with medical teams to ensure positive clinical outcomes and advocate for patients' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform ordered procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
- Respond proactively to patient requests and needs.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and medications.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse licensure with a diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
