- Responsibilities include:
responding to patient and family needs, conducting routine and urgent home visits, triaging symptoms, collaborating with physicians and the hospice team, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. - Qualifications:
active Missouri or Compact RN license, at least 1 year of hospice experience, valid driver’s license, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and organization skills. - Key skills: autonomous nursing, compassionate patient care, independence, effective communication, and clinical assessment.
