Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool provides flexible, cross-unit nursing support within a hospital, utilizing high-level clinical skills and critical thinking to adapt to various patient care settings.
Key Responsibilities- Support multiple hospital units by rotating assignments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain excellent communication and teamwork with staff across departments.
- Apply clinical expertise to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt to different unit protocols.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Strong critical thinking, clinical knowledge, and communication skills.
