Role
Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment, coordinating with medical providers and care teams to assess, perform, and manage treatments.
- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, and document care accurately and thoroughly.
- Respond proactively to patient needs, ensuring exceptional care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic treatment plans.
- Act as a liaison for ongoing care coordination with healthcare providers and community resources.
- RN license with a diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within specified time frames.
- Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
Additional Information: No travel or prior experience required. The role focuses solely on delivering compassionate, patient-focused nursing care aligned with organizational standards.
