Assistant Nurse Manager – Emergency Room

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data within an emergency department setting.

• Supervise staff including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring productivity aligns with departmental goals.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet operational objectives.
• Oversee patient care plans, ensuring interventions meet patients’ developmental and medical needs, and document appropriately.
• Manage staff scheduling, payroll, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure departmental compliance with policies and support professional development.
