Job Summary
Provides daily supervision, quality control, and performance management for survey interviewers in support of federal data collection operations.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor interviewer productivity and quality metrics
- Conduct quality reviews and coaching
- Ensure performance standards (AQLs) are met
- Support training and certification tracking
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Government staff
- Document corrective actions and improvements
- Supervisory experience in call center or survey operations
- Experience with quality assurance or performance monitoring
- Strong reporting and communication skills
