Immediate need for a talented Quality Assurance
. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in MO(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

• This person will be managing the localization call flows (for our IVR) between the vendor and internal teams.
• The vendor will provide Spanish translations and the person in this role will QA those translations for linguistic and cultural accuracy.
• Attention to detail is critical. If they have SSML markup experience that is a big bonus. We can also train to do this task.
• Accessibility knowledge is also a bonus.
• This work is for a conversation design team creating experiences for an IVR system for Client’s call center.

• Conversation design team – part of larger Telephony product domain.
• Designing the IVR, chatbot experiences for Client.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Advanced grammatical knowledge in Spanich for linguistic and cultural accuracy
• Attention to detail for providing quality control for content documentation
