Are you a Quality Engineer looking to join a global companies small Kansas City site, where you'll take ownership of quality management systems at a specialist production facility while working alongside a intentionally based quality team that offer training and development?

In this role, you'll be the primary Quality Engineer for the Kansas City facility, maintaining the Quality Management System, leading CAPA and non conformance investigations, supporting audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with Manufacturing, Production and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet requirements.
The Role:- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead root cause analysis, non conformance and customer complaint investigations
- Support audits, validation activities and continuous improvement projects
- Quality Engineer, Quality Technician, Quality Specialist or similar
- Experience with root Cause Analysis and quality investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Commutable to Kansas City, Missouri
