Position: Leasing Agent (Temporary)
A well established off-site property management company is looking for a positive, take-charge individual to support our team

We are looking for a new leasing agent/administrative assistant who can work a temporary flex part-time schedule. We are a great company and are looking for someone to help us as we grow.

We have a centralized office with many houses and apartments around the city that prospective residents want to take a look at. This position will mainly include driving around Kansas City showing houses to these prospective residents, answering their questions and helping them through the application process as well as following up with residents through the entire move in procedure.

Main tasks will include:

• Show and lease properties.
• Answer phones and answer questions for prospective residents and tenants.
• Schedule property showings and coordinate showings with other leasing agents.
• Follow up with prospects and collect and process applications.
• Be able to work non-standard hours and be productive on their own.
• Assist others in the office with various administrative tasks.
• Participate in key projects.
• Must have reliable transportation as driving throughout the city is required.
• File tenant paperwork.
• Run errands as needed.
