A progressive healthcare organization is seeking a seasoned, hands‑on Sous Chef to join an innovative, high-volume culinary team. This is a leadership role for someone who leads from the front, thrives in the kitchen, and contributes value immediately.

• Support daily kitchen operations in an open‑kitchen environment
• Lead by example with hands‑on prep, service, and cleanup
• Ensure strong mise en place, organization, and execution
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
• Collaborate on menu development and process improvements
• Serve as a professional ambassador in a guest‑facing setting

• 5+ years of hands‑on kitchen experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen logistics and mise en place
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Healthcare food service experience a plus, not required
• Ability and desire to relocate to rural Kansas (assistance provided)
