Responsibilities The OTP Pro is responsible for deploying, maintaining, and repairing restaurant hardware, software, and network technology in their organization's restaurants. Duties of this position include the following: + Upgrades:
Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades + Maintenance:
Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment + Troubleshooting:
Provide in house technology support to triage issues on-site and over the phone + Development:
Train, develop and lead an organization of OTPs for restaurant-level support. + Training:
Provide necessary resources, tools and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed
