WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Guest Experience Attendant ensures guests have a pleasurable dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and presentation in the bar areas, floors, and restrooms during peak times. They should be attentive, helpful, and personable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Guest Service:

• Describe menu offerings and buffet locations to guests.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with back-of-house staff for replenishments.
• Assist guests as needed, including at buffets.
• Maintain friendliness and courtesy at all times.

Cleanliness:

• Keep bar areas clean and presentable.
• Monitor and clean restrooms, reporting issues to management.
• Dispose of trash and clean floors around the buffet.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Adherence to Standards:

• Report equipment issues to management.
• Monitor buffet food quality and presentation, alerting staff if items are not fresh.
• Follow health regulations and perform other duties to ensure a positive guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of Golden Corral’s Safe Tracks training and certification is required. Food preparation experience is preferred but not mandatory. Food handler certification may be required in some states. The role involves standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and using cleaning tools. Compliance with uniform and company policies is mandatory.
