Team Sales Lead – Rally House

Rally House is seeking a part‑time Team Sales Lead to energize the floor, coach teammates, and help the store run smoothly. If you love sports, fashion, and leading by example, this role is a great stepping stone toward a Store Manager career.

• Staffing and shift management – lead the floor team
• Customer service – keep the customer experience top priority
• Delivery results – control inventory and execute selling strategies
• Merchandising – maintain visual standards, floor moves, and game‑planning

• Clear and confident communication
• Detail‑oriented and enthusiastic attitude
• Growth mindset
• Basic digital device and online application use

• At least 18 years of age
• 1‑2 years of retail experience; training and coaching preferred
• Availability 10‑20 hours per week, open to daytime, nights, weekends and holidays, including sports events
• Physical requirements – stand, walk, talk, use hands and arms, reach, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, lift up to 50 lb
• Hourly wage $16.00 – $18.00
