This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kansas City, MO, for a Retail Manager. The Retail Manager will oversee daily retail operations, supervise team members, implement sales strategies, and ensure top-notch customer service. Key responsibilities include staff management, enhancing the customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining inventory control. The Retail Manager will also serve as a leader in fostering teamwork and achieving business objectives.

• Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to drive performance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions
