This full-time, on-site position is located in Independence, MO, offering an opportunity to join the Helzberg Diamonds team as an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager supports overall store operations and works to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising team members, achieving sales goals, assisting in the hiring and training of staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and helping the team meet operational and financial objectives.

• Experience in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management
• Strong customer service, sales, and relationship management skills
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to adhere to operational standards and maintain attention to detail
• Passion for the retail or jewelry business is a plus
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Capable of working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
