Kansas City, MO (On-site - Must work from the office)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our store. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff training, and business development. You will play a crucial role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers while ensuring the store meets its financial objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the store and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial goals and increase profitability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment, ensuring optimal product availability.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to make informed business decisions.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive foot traffic and boost sales.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and point of sale (POS) software.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
