Schedule:
  • Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
  • Dealership hours between 9:00am-7:00pm, open Monday-Saturday
What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Consultant
, you’ll serve as a trusted guide to customers—listening to their needs, educating them on the latest Lexus models and technology, and helping them choose the perfect vehicle. You’ll be part of a team that values integrity, service, and collaboration.

  • Welcoming and assisting customers with professionalism and care
  • Learning about each client’s lifestyle and matching them with the right vehicle
  • Offering financing and leasing solutions with confidence and clarity
  • Staying informed on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions
  • Supporting your teammates and celebrating shared wins
  • Using tools and training to build your success and customer loyalty

Who You Are:
  • A great communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Driven to succeed, but thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
  • Sales experience is a plus—but not required!
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
  • Dealership experience is a plus!
