Overview

Vander Haag's is an industry leader in the sale of used, refurbished, and new heavy‑duty truck and trailer components. The Truck Parts Sales team at our Stephenville, TX location is at the center of this process, assisting customers with finding the parts they need to get their truck back on the road!

• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a plus, but not required
• Having some mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required

Selling new, used, and rebuilt heavy‑duty truck parts; assisting walk‑in customers at the parts counter; taking parts calls by phone; assisting with inventory control; and prospecting and cold‑calling on potential new customers.

Prior sales experience is preferred. Qualified candidates should have 2–5 years of previous sales experience, preferably in an automotive or truck parts sales environment.

Day shift hours, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with Saturday mornings by rotation.

This position pays an hourly base compensation dependent upon experience level. Typical annual compensation for this position ranges from $65,000/year to $85,000/year. The compensation includes a commission based on parts sales, which is paid monthly.
