WHAT WE DO

Apollo Insurance Group helps individuals navigate one of the most important and complex decisions they face later in life:
Medicare coverage
. Our role is to simplify Medicare, educate clients turning 65 or already enrolled, and help them confidently choose coverage that aligns with their healthcare needs and financial goals.

We are continuing to grow our Medicare division and are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term career — not just chase short-term commissions.

SALES ENVIRONMENT

This role focuses on Medicare sales for clients age 65 and older
, utilizing a mix of inbound warm leads and outbound sales opportunities in a B2C environment.

We provide the infrastructure, systems, and leads.

You provide the work ethic, consistency, and execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with inbound warm leads and proactively pursue outbound Medicare sales opportunities
  • Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations with Medicare-eligible clients (age 65+)
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans in a clear and compliant manner
  • Guide clients through enrollment, plan changes, and ongoing coverage decisions
  • Build, grow, and manage a long-term book of Medicare clients with residual income potential
  • Maintain consistent activity levels, follow-up, and long-term client relationships
  • Meet performance and compliance benchmarks throughout training and ongoing production
CAREER PATH & COMPENSATION

We offer a Pathway to Partnership designed for individuals who want long-term growth and leadership opportunities. As early as Year 3, high performers can advance into a Junior Partner role, helping lead and train new agents. Long-term contributors may have the opportunity to earn an equity stake by Year 7.

Compensation includes:

  • Base compensation plus commissions
  • Additional bonuses and uncapped residual income potential

Average Income:

  • Year 1: $45,000 – $60,000+
  • Year 3: $110,000 – $140,000+

(Results vary by effort, consistency, and performance.)

TRAINING & SUPPORT

We invest heavily in our people.

During your first 8 weeks
, you’ll receive structured training covering:

  • Medicare fundamentals and compliance
  • Consultative Medicare sales and client communication
  • Enrollment processes and plan positioning
  • Building and maintaining a long-term Medicare book of business
