CB Partners is partnering with a company in Kansas City, MO seeking a Inside Sales Representative to oversee a defined geographic territory and grow customer engagement in a primarily inside‑sales role. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys problem‑solving, building customer relationships, and driving revenue while supporting essential infrastructure industries.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls for all accounts within your assigned territory
• Build, strengthen, and retain customer relationships by understanding business needs
• Pursue new business opportunities; identify upsell opportunities with existing accounts
• Meet or exceed established sales goals
• Coordinate vendor sourcing to complete orders
• Follow up on equipment/parts e‑blast reports and conduct outreach as necessary
• Accurately complete all data entry for quotes, purchase orders, returns, documentation, and shipping details
• Manage customer complaints and process returns in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email with urgency and professionalism

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills for problem‑solving

Experience & Education

• Required: 3–5 years of account management and/or sales experience
• Required: Industrial or manufacturing sales
