Job Summary

The Sales Manager, Doors is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth by directly managing client consultants, doors while providing overall leadership, strategy, and operational direction for the entire sales department. This role ensures consistent sales execution, alignment with company goals, and a high-performing, customer-focused sales organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Directly manages client consultants, doors; including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and corrective action as needed.
  • Provides functional leadership and guidance to the broader sales department, ensuring consistency in sales processes, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Lead weekly team meetings driving collaboration and revenue growth.
  • Partners with Vice President, Sales & Marketing to align sales strategy with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop client consultants, doors to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Establish clear sales expectations, performance metrics, and accountability across the sales department.
  • Provide overall management direction for the sales department, including sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive market penetration and customer growth.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Support key customer relationships and assist with complex or strategic sales opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and adherence to defined sales processes.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning related to sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments, providing insights to leadership.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Essential Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Achievement of sales revenue and growth targets.
  • Achievement of gross margin targets.
  • Performance and retention of client consultants, doors.
  • Accuracy of sales forecasts and pipeline health.
  • Adoption and effective use of CRM and sales tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years’ of progressive sales experience, including sales leadership or management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales professionals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools, preferably Hub Spot.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to balance hands‑on sales leadership with high‑level departmental oversight.
Physical Requirements
  • Level 1:
    Sedentary Work
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Travel to customer sites or company locations as needed.
  • Ability to lift or push up to 15 pounds occasionally.
