Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time position with a contract that includes a competitive salary and benefits package. As a Clinical Sales Rep, you will be responsible for calling on dental offices in the Oklahoma and Missouri territories to promote and sell our products and services.

This position requires 30%-40% travel within the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a dental office as a dental hygienist, surgical assistant, treatment coordinator, or in a similar role. B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices in the designated territory
- Promote and sell our products and services to dental professionals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to dental office staff
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to generate leads and promote our brand
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience working in a dental office - B2B sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
