- Eligibility for the KCMO Private Security License (Class A, unarmed) or the ability to obtain (and maintain) within 10 days.
- Must pass a Drug screening
- Must pass and complete field training within a 90 day period.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to other campus locations
- Current or obtainable certifications:
First Aid/CPR/AED; mandated reporter training. - Ability to sit and stand for extended periods. For elementary and lower school, sit on the floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability to enter data into a computer, to see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
- Ability to hear and understand speech at normal classroom levels, outdoors, and on the telephone
- Ability to speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms, outdoors, and on the telephone
- Physical ability to lift, carry and/or hold up to 25 pounds to shoulder height and 50 pounds to waist height
- Ability to occasionally balance, reach, bend, squat, stoop, or kneel
- Ability to climb stairs, walk, and occasionally run, if required

Job SummaryPembroke Hill seeks a dedicated security professional to join our operations team as a Security Coordinator. Working closely with the Director of Security, the Security Coordinator will set team standards, coach officers, manage posts, and ensure a calm, service-forward presence that supports students, families, staff, and visitors. This is an unarmed position.

The daily schedule is Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00 - 9:30 pm. This is a year round position, with paid time off in accordance with the employee benefit plan.
