We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic
** Information Security Operations Lead
** to drive our security engineering and operational capability forward.## ##
** What You’ll Do*** ## Lead day-to-day Security Operations (vulnerability management, EDR, SIEM, DLP, PAM, email/web filtering)* ## Coordinate incident response with our SOC and internal teams* ## Uplift and optimise security controls aligned to risk appetite* ## Provide technical leadership across projects and initiatives* ## Mentor and develop a small, high-performing Info Sec team* ## Contribute to strategy, regulatory alignment (including CPS 234) and continuous improvement## ##
** What You Bring*** ## Strong experience in Information Security Operations/Engineering* ## Solid knowledge of enterprise, cloud and hybrid environments* ## Experience designing and assessing technical controls* ## Understanding of NIST CSF* ## Health or financial services experience (desirable)## ## ##
