Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time

Compensation: Pay range is $18‑23/hr.

Training: Titan provides a one‑of‑a‑kind training program for security officers instructed by retired law enforcement officers and/or prior military personnel. Basic classroom and hands‑on style training includes Defensive Tactics, Case Law and Scenarios, Handcuffing, Tactical Baton, Open Hand Techniques, OC Spray, and the MILO Range Simulator. Advanced training is also provided.

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, community, and visitors. You will do foot patrols for your designated areas, vehicle patrols (if required), enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents when needed.

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, following protocols and procedures
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security breaches
• Conduct regular security checks to identify and address safety hazards or violations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding incidents or concerns
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors when needed
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as required
• Stay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high‑pressure situations
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with established procedures
• Ability to perform the duties required, including standing, walking, and potentially restraining individuals if necessary
• Familiarity with security systems and technology
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required for the role)
• Candidate must be armed and possess the necessary license or permit
