Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Roving Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations and/or concerns according to post instructions;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas for unusual activity, and assist with visitor directions, credential checks, and other property-related requests as appropriate;
Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in required logs and/or reports, and communicate relevant updates to supervisors and property contacts
