Pay Rate$26.00 / Hour
Job Schedule- Mon: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM
- Wed: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM
- Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor visitor access, confirm identification and authorization as directed by site procedures, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries.
- Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to school staff and Allied Universal leadership.
- Support a professional front desk presence by answering questions, providing directions, and helping to address security‑related concerns for students, staff, families, and visitors.
- Observe activity in the lobby and entry areas, report unusual behavior or policy violations, and complete required logs and incident documentation.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Have at least 5 years of security‑related experience.
- A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
