As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Operations in Kansas City, MO
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment.

Job Schedule:- Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
- Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations, incidents, and operational needs.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
