** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Greet visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or concerns according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when directed.

+ Answer phones, provide directions and building information, and communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, vendors, and Allied Universal leadership.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
