Mobile Security Sergeant

Garda World Security Services U.S. is seeking a Mobile Security Sergeant to lead mobile patrol operations for commercial, industrial, and government clients. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will supervise security officers, conduct vehicle and foot patrols, respond to alarms and incidents, and enforce client security procedures. You'll complete detailed reports, coordinate with dispatch and law enforcement, and ensure post orders and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mobile security officers on assigned shifts
• Conduct scheduled and random mobile and foot patrols of client properties
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and coordinate appropriate actions
• Enforce client security procedures, post orders, and safety standards
• Prepare accurate incident, activity, and patrol reports
• Communicate with dispatch, clients, and local law enforcement when needed
• Train, coach, and support officers on policies and best practices
• Perform access control, perimeter checks, and safety inspections
• Identify and report security risks, hazards, and maintenance issues
• Represent Garda
• World and clients with professionalism and customer service
