Dispatch Security Guard

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a Dispatch Security Guard to coordinate field officers and monitor security operations in a fast-paced command environment. Responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing calls, dispatching guards, monitoring CCTV and alarms, documenting incidents, and communicating with clients and supervisors. You will follow strict security protocols, support emergency responses, and maintain accurate logs. Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and respond to calls for service and security incidents
• Dispatch security officers to locations and relay critical information clearly and accurately
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems and escalate issues as needed
• Document incidents, activities, and officer status in logs and dispatch software
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and emergency services during incidents
• Follow established security protocols, post orders, and emergency procedures
• Support emergency response efforts and assist in incident containment and resolution
• Maintain situational awareness of multiple sites and guard posts simultaneously
