Access Control

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks an Access Control professional to manage secure entry to client facilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will verify credentials, operate access control and CCTV systems, log visitors, enforce site procedures, and respond to alarms or incidents. Partnering closely with client staff and security teams, you'll maintain a safe, orderly environment while providing professional, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Operate access control and CCTV systems to monitor entry points
• Verify employee, contractor, and visitor credentials and badges
• Log and track visitors and deliveries according to site procedures
• Enforce access policies, post orders, and security protocols
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies per guidelines
• Communicate with clients, supervisors, and teammates by radio and phone
• Conduct regular checks of doors, gates, and restricted areas
• Complete clear, accurate incident and activity reports
• Support emergency evacuations and drills as directed
• Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times
