Special Response Officer

Garda World Security Services U.S. seeks a Special Response Officer to support high-priority security operations for commercial, industrial, and government clients. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you will conduct rapid deployment to sites, perform interior and exterior patrols, manage access control, respond to alarms and incidents, and support emergency procedures. You will enforce site policies, document events, and collaborate closely with supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid response and deployment to high-priority client sites
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to deter and detect security risks
• Manage access control, visitor screening, and badge checks
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established procedures
• Document incidents, activities, and observations in accurate reports
• Enforce client and site policies with professionalism and integrity
• Communicate effectively via radio and with on-site leadership
• Support law enforcement, emergency services, and client representatives as needed
