• Locate roof leaks and perform quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and offer recommendations for future maintenance or repairs.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
• 2+ years’ experience working in commercial roofing
• Hands‑on experience with various roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, metal roofing, coatings, and other related roof accessories and/or able to inspect and repair various roofing systems
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work at heights
• Proficiency with tools and equipment used in commercial roofing
• Professional communication skills and customer focused attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
