The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment remains safe, functional, and efficient. This role supports plant operations by maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment, completing assigned work orders on schedule, and participating in ongoing training to build technical competency. The position operates within a climate‑controlled industrial environment and requires hands‑on mechanical repair and maintenance activities.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maintain equipment safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair process equipment while progressing through structured training programs.
• Complete assigned work orders within established time frames.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, drill presses, and other shop equipment safely and effectively.
• Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and work orders in English.
• Use standard office equipment and notebook computers for documentation and communication.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and team members.
• Access equipment throughout multi‑level facilities, including climbing stairs as needed.
• Lift, carry, stack, or unstack materials up to 50 pounds and stand or stoop for extended periods.
• Maintain awareness of potential hazards associated with machinery and plant operations.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with maintenance tools and equipment.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial plant environment with exposure to operational machinery.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout the facility as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 3‑5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field preferred.
