• Utilize sewer camera to discover plumbing and sewer issues in a customer’s home.
• Diagnose plumbing and sewer issues, and prepare repair estimates.
• Provide supervision of drain technicians.
• Create and implement drain technician training plan to facilitate sewer sales process.
• Execute the sewer sales process to deliver repair options directly to the customer.
• Create job bids in accordance with company profit goals.
• Thoroughly prepare statement of work and supporting documents to hand project off to installation team.
• Communicate with customer through entire project, and ensure customer is 100% satisfied at completion of project.
• Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with sewer sales team.
• Rotate On‑Call duty to provide after‑hours services to customers.
• Assist customers with financing options for project.

• 1‑2+ years sales experience required.
• 1+ year plumbing/drains experience preferred.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.
