** Primary Job Function:
*** Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
* Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
* Perform routine preventative maintenance
* Respond to emergency maintenance requests
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
*
* Required Qualifications:

*** Insurable driving record
* Must be able to pass a drug and medical screening
* Must have a clean criminal background check
* 3+ years of residential installation experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Comfortable familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
* Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
* Strong mechanical background
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Qualifications:

*** CFC Universal Certification
* NATE certification or the willingness to obtain certifications
* EPA Certification
* Journeyman license for Kansas City or the willingness to obtain the certification
* A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow
* Experience working for an established Heating & Cooling company.

** Salary:** $25.00 - $36.00 per hour based on experience
