- $22-28 per hour

- Assist lead technicians with the installation, repair, and replacement of sewer lines and related systems.
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for sewer installation.
- Prepare job sites by digging, trenching, and setting up necessary materials and safety barriers.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company and OSHA standards.
- Support team members with cleanup, back filling, and restoration of job sites upon project completion.

- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working in trenches and uneven terrain
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Experience in plumbing, excavation, or construction a plus—but not required
