Lawn Maintenance Pro – Mowing Crew Member

Required:

• 2 years college education Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ experience in customer service & sales
• Computer Skills (Windows, Must type over 35 words per minute, efficiently capable of working in Microsoft products)
• Must be capable of working outdoors and visiting job sites frequently
• Extensive driving around the Kansas city metro area
• Modern Technology Savvy Maintain a high level of attendance acceptable to company. Included working overtime, weekends and holidays if necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills self and others
• Present Proposals in a complete and timely manner
• Responds to all estimate requests in a timely manner
• Sells projects at approved prices to meet or exceed targeted profit margins.
• Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follows-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.
• Experience in design & sales of landscape, drainage, and irrigation solutions for residential and commercial clients. (Design Build Estimator Only)

Preferred:

• Candidates with direct experience selling to turf, lawn or chemical customers, commercial clients, golf courses, real estate owners or property managers
• Individuals with experience in similar industries (HVAC, building maintenance, janitorial, construction etc.) that service commercial properties.
• Education or work experience in area of Landscape or Agriculture
• Track record of success in sales
• Experience in design & sales of landscape, drainage, and irrigation solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Required:

• 1+ year experience with residential and commercial sprinkler systems.
• 3+ years customer service
• Valid Class E license with clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to perform physical labor for prolonged periods of time in extreme cold or heat.
• Weekend availability as needed to complete services on schedule
• Ability to drive and back a trailer efficiently and safely
• Mechanical aptitude
• Modern technology aptitude
• Customer Service abilities – Effectively communicate with clients schedule changes, inform of service performed and collect payment upon completion of each service each day in person or by phone.

Preferred:

• 3+ years sprinkler repair experience
• 2+ years sales experience
• 5+ years customer service experience
• 2+ years system installation experience
• 1+ years lawn or landscape care experience

Required:

• 2 years mowing crew experience with professional company
• Valid Class E license with clean driving record
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Weekend Availability as needed to complete all properties on schedule every week.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be physically capable of walking at high speeds for long periods of times in extreme cold or heat.
• Ability to operate large walk behind and stander mowers effectively, trimmers, and blowers.
• Ability to drive a truck with manual transmission, pulling and backing trailers
• Mechanical aptitude
• Modern technology aptitude
• Customer Service abilities-communicating with all clients on a regular basis to ensure they are completely satisfied with the services rendered.

Preferred:

• 2+ years mow crew leader experience
• 1+ year landscape/plant care experience
• 1+ year supervisor experience

Required:

• High school diploma or Equivalent
• 10+ snow storms of plowing snow & salting experience with a professional company on residential and commercial properties
• Valid Class E license with clean driving record, CDL preferred
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Must be physically capable to shovel snow by hand outside of truck for long periods of time if…
