Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM-4:30 AM*
* LSI Staffing is seeking an experienced  
** Industrial Maintenance Technician
** with a strong mechanical background to support daily facility operations. This is a  
** temporary position for up to 5 months** , with the potential for long-term employment based on performance and company needs.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform hands-on mechanical maintenance and repair tasks

+ Support equipment troubleshooting and upkeep

+ Assist with maintaining industrial equipment and machinery

+ Support general facility operations as needed

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment

** Requirements*
* + Experience working in an  
** industrial maintenance environment*
* + Experience working on industrial equipment and machinery

+ Strong mechanical background and hands-on mechanical knowledge

+ Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment

+ Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

+ Ability to work on and off the ground as needed

+ Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

+ Strong team player with a willingness to learn
