Dog Gone Mold is looking for a hardworking and dependable Mitigation Crew Member to join our team in Kansas City, MO! This is a hands‑on role where you'll play a vital part in helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, mold, and property damage. • Perform water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and structural drying on residential and commercial properties
• Set up and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters
• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and insulation as needed
• Apply antimicrobial treatments and containment barriers in affected areas
• Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and daily logs
• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and company vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site throughout the mitigation process

• Previous experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, or general construction is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, kneeling, and working in confined spaces
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation for emergency response
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred but not required — training available
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
