HALO is seeking a full-time Overnight Youth Advocate in Kansas City, MO. The role runs 8:00pm–8:00am, with alternating weekdays, weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 program for youth aged 16–21 and their dependents.
You will work with the Program Director and Senior Youth Advocate to assist in case management, supervise residents, and document progress using HALO’s reporting software. Strong communication and crisis intervention skills are essential.
