Lead Python Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Developer with deep hands‑on Python expertise and solid full‑stack development capabilities. This role will lead technical design, oversee development best practices, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance applications. The ideal candidate brings strong architectural thinking, experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, and the ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services using modern Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
• Partner with cloud engineering teams to deploy and optimize applications in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and influence long‑term technology strategy.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Guide, mentor, and support junior and mid‑level developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance.

• Expert‑level proficiency in Python and modern application frameworks.
• Strong understanding of API design principles and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Django ORM, SQL Alchemy, or similar ORMs.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
• Solid understanding of microservices, modular design, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem‑solving skills.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code tooling (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
